Returns Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

對於印刷錯誤/損壞/有缺陷的產品，必須在收到產品後30天內提出退貨請求。對於在運輸途中遺失的包裹，所有索賠必須在預計交貨日期後30天內提交。如果索賠被認為是我們的失誤，則費用由我們承擔。

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

地址錯誤 - 如果您提供的地址被快遞公司認為不完整，貨物將被退回到我們的工廠。一旦我們與您確認了更新的地址（如適用），您將承擔重新發貨的費用。

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

無人認領 - 無人認領的貨物將被退回我們的工廠，您將承擔重新發貨的費用（如適用）。

Returned by Customer - Please contact info@susiewoo.com before returning any products. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

客戶退貨 - 退貨前請聯絡 info@susiewoo.com。除居住在巴西的客戶外，我們不接受因買家後悔購買而要求退貨的請求。

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

We reserve rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
